Withdrawal & Refund Policies

Please contact Center for Professional Education by email, phone, or mail to cancel a class.  You must follow the official withdrawal policy and meet the established deadlines to qualify for a refund.  Ceasing to attend classes or notifying your instructor that you are withdrawing does not constitute officially withdrawing and will not be recognized.

Classroom Programs

Students will be informed of any exceptions prior to the first class meeting.

For classroom programs in Facilities Management and Real Estate Studies:  Classes taught on the Charles River Campus can be cancelled within 72 hours of the first class session to receive a full refund. There are no refunds given after this time.

For Evergreen classes:  Policies align with those established by the main BU campus.

For classroom programs in Facilities Management, Interpreter, and Real Estate Studies:

A substitute participant may be sent in your place, if you advise us in advance. Credit card payment refunds must be credited to the same credit card.
