Evergreen On-Campus Vaccination Information

Boston University requires COVID-19 vaccinations and COVID-19 booster shots for students, faculty, staff, and affiliates. Campus-wide vaccination and boosters are the best defense against severe disease within our community.

Students in the Evergreen program who plan to attend our multi-session seminars must complete information regarding their vaccination status prior to attendance. Evergreen students who are auditing courses will provide this information to Student Health Services on their Patient Connect Portal.

Updates to this information may be requested as warranted.
