Course Description

This course will enhance the knowledge and skills of students seeking to attain CFP® certification, including the ability to deliver professional and competent financial planning services to the public. The course integrates financial planning subjects learned in previous courses and demonstrates how to apply this knowledge to the development of a comprehensive financial plan. Students will learn how to construct a plan according to CFP Board’s Financial Planning Practice Standards and client objectives. For the final project, students will prepare and present a comprehensive plan to the faculty and other CFP® practitioners.
