Withdrawal & Refund Policies

Please contact Center for Professional Education by email (cpe@bu.edu) or phone (617-353-4497) to cancel a class. You must follow the official withdrawal policy and meet the established deadlines to qualify for a refund. Ceasing to attend classes or notifying your instructor that you are withdrawing does not constitute officially withdrawing and will not be recognized.
All payments will be credited back to the issuing credit card, individual, or agency that provided the funding.
For Evergreen Audit classes: Policies align with those established by the main BU campus.
For Evergreen Seminars: You must inform our office 24 hours before the seminar begins for a refund. No refunds will be processed after the start of the seminar.
